I would say my 5 are (and I notice some similarities): exercise (even if it&#039;s just 50 push ups), take 10 (taking ten minutes to walk outside and just breathe), take a night off, take some time to write (focusing on my accomplishments), and spend a bit of time doing something fun.]]></description>
